Peanut Butter Cheesecake
My camera's flash is faulty so these pictures are not the best.
But this is what I have been up to lately :)
I am making twelve of these for Tyler A. wedding reception this Sat.
It has been a good challenge to work through my mind. I made a few different cheesecakes and didn't like them so I made up my own recipe by trial and error. The final cheesecake passed Peter's inspection. (He is really hard to please)

So, where's the recipe for those of us that aren't going to make it to the reception? It's so weird. All the kids I taught in high school are getting married off.
That looks professionally done! Good job. I don't even like cheesecake, but I could definitely eat the chocolate reeses on top!
I wonder what the other flavors were?! It looks tasty! Good luck and continue to have fun exploring in the creative side of the reception. I know how much you enjoy and love doing it.
