Crazy (maybe obsessive) about Food Centerpieces now!
We as a Stake Young Women Pres. were in charge of the refreshments for Stake Standards night.
There might have been some anxiety at first for eating off of the cones, but soon
the pillaging began. Lettuce, kale, vegetables, herbs and olives cover the cones below. This is the before picture...
After...
Then for the youth we made a lighthouse out of rice krispie treats, complete with a light at the top and a sign that says Stand steadfast and immovable...A light for others to follow. The boulders were made of donut holes, cream puffs, whoopers, choc. covered raisins and the coconut surrounded the rocks and island. Blue tablecloth water and some gummy sharks and fish. The pretzel rods say "A call to the world, Return to Virtue" We didn't have any leftovers, what you see below was even eaten!

Impressive. You really have gone all out with your food preperations! No wonder you're always so busy. I bet all the kids were impressed- and felt loved knowing that you made all the food so fancy.
That looks so fabulous ShaRee. I tell you, you should have a blog with tips and ideas about food. You have such a talent. Thanks for sharing.
